LAW # 31: FREE WILL
This one is simple. Why humans can be referred to as fallen angels; WE HAVE A CHOICE. This is why there is strife in the world; we can choose to be miserable or happy. With this freedom, we can do so much. We can use the energies of life and create something beautiful or tragic. There is a yin and yang to energy flow, and this is because we will always have the choice of positivity or negativity. Good and bad are perceptions individually and collectively. This freedom can be abused and will affect everyone. That is the penalty of not adhering to this law. You will reap the positive or negative effects of your CHOICES.
