Hell World 1

This is the first level of Hell that is considered the “lightest”. Usually, people don’t enter this world right off. They go to lower worlds, then Hell world 1 is where one goes when they earn their way out of the worst Hell world (2). It’s usually the last stop before they enter trial by The Fates to determine whether reincarnation is an option to fulfill Karmatic debt, or if Hell world 1 is the closest they’ll get to redemption.

Hell world 1 looks like the reality you’re in, but much more run down, and the colors are dreary. Rusty rundown buildings and cars, along with random entities roaming about. Some hostile, some just there… like lost strays. Unlike the other Hell worlds, this one isn’t a torturous one; meaning, people aren’t in Hell World 1 being tormented by anyone or demons. It’s just a really dangerous bad ghetto; desolate and forgotten, depressing and hopeless. The aesthetic is also still related to the geographic region; sunny California, concrete jungle New York, etc. But since Hell world is the closest Hell to this realm, it mirrors the aesthetic, but in the worst state. In the movie Constantine (2005), when John Constantine went to Hell world 1, he was in Los Angeles California, but the state of it was baren, flaming hot, palm trees a blaze, rotten broke down cars in traffic, and entities creeping and crawling around. Souls who are in Hell world 1 can have some sort of existence, but will strive to leave and reincarnate into life, and pay off Karmatic debt in order to earn their way into the Higher worlds including heaven realm.
